Maula Ali (AS), the Maula of Hazrat Abu Bakr and Umer / মওলা আলী (আঃ), হাযরত আবুবকর ও উমরের মওলা
*Maula (Master / Lord) Ali (AS) being greeted by Hazrat Abu Bakr and Umer and their acknowledgment of him as their Master / Lord*
1. On the ‘Day of Ghadeer e Khum’ when the Holy Prophet (pbuh) raised high the hands of Hazrat Ali (AS) in front of one hundred twenty four thousand people and declared, “To whomsoever that I am the Lord, Ali is his Lord”, there was commotion among the people and everyone congratulated Maula Ali (AS). Among the well known people, the two people who first came to greet him, were Hazrat Abu Bakr and Hazrat Umer. They came forward from among the people present and greeted him by embracing him and said :
Meaning : Hurrah ! Hurrah ! Oh, son of Abu Taleb, you shall be the Lord of all faithful man and woman morning and evening (always).
2. Ahmed ibne Hambal narrated in his Musnad, ‘ Immediately after the sermon of the Holy Prophet (pbuh), Hazrat Umer came and said :
٢. هنيأ لك يابن أبي طالب أصبحت و امسيت مولى كل مؤمن و مؤمنة
Meaning : “Greetings to you, oh, the son of Abu Taleb, from now on you shall spend night and day as the Lord of every faithful man and woman.”

3. The eminent ‘mufassir’ (exegetic scholar (of Quran)) Allama Fakhruddin Razi (RA) in his famous exegetic book, ‘Tafsir e Kabir’ narrated ascribing Hazrat ibne Abbas (RA), Hazrat Bara Ibne Azeb (RA), and Hazrat Muhammad bin Ali (AS) that, ‘when the Holy Prophet (pbuh) said about Ali (AS), ‘To whomsoever I am the Lord, Ali is his Lord’, then Hazrat Umer came and embraced Maula Ali (AS) and said :
Meaning : “ Oh, the son of Abu Taleb, greetings to you ! From today, you have become the Lord of myself and all the faithful man and woman.”

4. In the book, ‘Faizul Qadir, Vol: 6, Pg: 217 and Ibne Hajar Makki in his written book ‘As Sawaekul Muhrika’ has narrated that, Hazrat Abu Bakr and Umer, both came to Hazrat Ali (AS) and said :
Meaning : “Oh, the son of Abu Taleb, you have become the Lord of every faithful man and woman.”
5. Khatibe Baghdadi, in his ‘Tarikhe Baghdad’, has said in the 7th Volume, Page 290, that Hazrat Umer said :
Meaning : ‘Hurrah ! Hurrah ! Oh, the son of Abu Taleb ! From today you have become my Lord and that of every Muslim.’
6. The Holy Hadees that has been narrated by a great multitude of Hadees narrators in their own books of Hadees, including in Mishkatul Masabih, where Hazrat Umer greeted Maula Ali (AS) as his Lord, and that is :
“It has been narrated by Hazrat Bara bin Azeb and Hazrat Zayed bin Arkam (RA) that, when the Holy Prophet dismounted at Ghadeer e Khum, he held the hands of Hazrat Ali (AS) and said, ‘Do you know that I am nearer than the life-force of the faithful ?’ All replied, ‘Yes !’ He said, ‘ Do you know that I am nearer to every faithful than their life-force ?’ All replied, ‘Yes !’. Then the Master (pbuh) said, ‘Oh, Allah ! To whomsoever I am the Lord, Ali is his Lord. Oh, Allah ! You keep friendship with him, who keeps friendship with Ali, and You keep enmity with him, who keeps enmity with Ali.’
Meaning : Hurrah ! Hurrah ! Oh, son of Abu Taleb, you shall be the Lord of all faithful man and woman morning and evening (always).
Thereafter, Hazrat Umer embraced him (Ali) and said, ‘Oh, the son of Abu Taleb, felicitations to you. From this day, you shall be the Lord of every faithful man and woman, in the mornings and evenings.’

*মওলা আলী (আঃ) কে হাযরত আবুবকর ও উমরের অভিনন্দন এবং তাঁকে নিজেদের মওলা হিসাবে স্বীকৃতি দান*
১। গদীর এ খুমের দিন যখন রসুলে পাক (সঃ) এক লাখ চব্বিশ হাজার জন সমক্ষে হযরত আলী (আঃ) এঁর হাত উঁচু করে তুলে ধরে ঘোষণা দিলেন যে, “আমি যার মওলা আলী তার মওলা “তখন মানুষের মাঝে শোরগোল শুরু হয়ে গেল এবং মওলা আলী (আঃ) কে সবাই মোবারক বাদ জানালেন। সুপরিচিত ব্যক্তিদের মধ্যে সর্বপ্রথম যে দুই ব্যক্তি সম্বর্ধনা জানালেন তাঁরা হলেন হযরত আবুবকর ও হযরত উমর। তাঁরা উপস্থিত জনতার ভিতর থেকে এগিয়ে এলেন এবং হযরত আলী (আঃ) এঁর সাথে কোলাকোলি করে অভিনন্দন জানিয়ে বললেন –
অর্থ : 1.বাহবা! বাহবা! হে আবু তালিবের শাহযাদা আপনি আমার এবং প্রত্যেক মু’মিন পুরুষ ও মহিলার মওলা হয়ে সকাল ও সন্ধ্যা করবেন।”
২। আহমদ ইবনে হাম্বল নিজের মুসনাদে বর্ণনা করেছেন রসুলে পাক (সঃ) এঁর খুতবার পরেই হযরত উমর এসে বললেন-
٢. هنيأ لك يابن أبي طالب أصبحت و امسيت مولى كل مؤمن و مؤمنة
অর্থ : “আপনাকে শুভেচ্ছা হে আবু তালিবের শাহযাদা আজ হতে আপনি প্রত্যেক মু’মিন পুরুষ ও নারীর মওলা হয়ে দিন ও রাত কাটাবেন।”

৩। প্রখ্যাত মুফাসসির আল্লামা ফাখরুদ্দীন রাযী (রহঃ) তাঁর বিখ্যাত তফসীর গ্রন্থ ‘তফসীর এ কবীর’ এর মধ্যে ‘হযরত ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ)’, ‘হযরত বারা ইবনে আযেব (রাঃ)’, ও ‘হযরত মুহাম্মদ বিন আলী (আঃ)’ হতে রেওয়ায়েত করেন যে, যখন রসুলুল্লাহ (সঃ) হযরত আলী (আঃ) এঁর সম্বন্ধে বললেন, “আমি যার মওলা আলী তার মওলা… ” তখন হযরত উমর এসে মওলা আলী (আঃ) এঁর সাথে কোলাকোলি করে বললেন-
অর্থ : ” হে আবু তালিবের শাহযাদা আপনাকে অভিনন্দন! আজ থেকে আপনি আমার এবং প্রত্যেক মু’মিন পুরুষ ও মহিলার মওলা হয়ে গেলেন।”

৪। কেতাব ফায়যুল কাদীর, খণ্ড-৬, পৃ -২১৭ এবং ইবনে হজর মক্কী তাঁর প্রণীত “আস সোওয়ায়েকুল মুহরিকা” কেতাবে বর্ণনা করেছেন যে, হযরত আবুবকর ও উমর উভয়েই হযরত আলী (আঃ) এঁর কাছে এসে বললেন-
অর্থ : ” হে আবু তালিবের শাহযাদা আপনি প্রত্যেক মু’মিন পুরুষ ও মহিলার মওলা হয়ে গেলেন।”
৫। খতিবে বাগদাদি, তাঁর তারীখে বাগদাদের ৭ম খন্ড, ২৯০ পৃষ্ঠায়, বলেছেন যে হযরত উমর বললেন-
অর্থ: বাহবা! বাহবা! হে আবু তালিবের শাহজাদা আজ হতে আপনি আমার ও প্রত্যেক মুসলমানের মওলা হয়ে গেলেন।
৬। মিশকাতুল মাসাবীহ সহ মুহাদ্দিস গনের এক বিশাল জামাআত নিজ নিজ হাদীস গ্রন্থে গদীরে খুমের যে হাদীস পাকটি রেওয়ায়েত করেছেন যাতে হযরত উমর, মওলা আলী (আঃ) কে নিজের মওলা হিসাবে অভিনন্দন জানিয়েছেন, সেটি হল –
” হযরত বারা বিন আযেব ও হযরত যায়েদ বিন আরকাম (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে যে, যখন রসুলুল্লাহ (সঃ) গদীরে খুমে অবতরন করলেন তো হযরত আলী (আঃ) এঁর হাত ধরে বললেন, “তোমরা কি জান যে আমি নিশ্চয় সমস্ত মু’মিন গনের জানের থেকেও অধিক নিকটবর্তী? ” সকলে বলল, “হ্যাঁ !” তিনি বললেন, “তোমরা কি জান যে, আমি প্রত্যেক মু’মিনের জানের থেকেও অধিক নিকটবর্তী?” সকলে বলল হ্যাঁ! তখন হুযুর (সঃ) বললেন, “হে আল্লাহ! আমি যার মওলা আলী তার মওলা। হে আল্লাহ! তুমি তার সাথে বন্ধুত্ব রাখ যে আলীর সাথে বন্ধুত্ব রাখে এবং তুমি তার সাথে শত্রুতা রাখ যে আলীর সাথে শত্রুতা রাখে।”
অতঃপর হযরত উমর তাঁর (আলীর) সাথে কোলাকুলি করলেন এবং তাঁকে বললেন যে, “হে আবু তালিবের শাহযাদা আপনাকে মোবারকবাদ। আজ হতে আপনি প্রত্যেক মু’মিন পুরুষ ও মহিলার মওলা হয়ে সকাল ও সন্ধ্যা করবেন।”
